The purpose of the Superior Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails (PROST) Master Plan is to offer strategies and operational policies that provide guidance to meet the needs of current and future Superior residents for the next ten years.

A consistent theme throughout the development of this plan is the Town of Superior's commitment to a quality parks and recreation system that delivers high-quality parks, trails, open space, recreation programs, facilities, and events for all residents, while contributing to the quality of life of Superior.
