UPDATED: Comprehensive Plan Open House #2 - Survey

This is the third Town-wide Survey regarding the Comprehensive Plan Update. The next phase will begin the final Plan, which will include a final survey/public review and comment period. 

There are two sections to this survey: Opportunity Areas and setting Town Priorities. Staff worked with the Consulting Team using feedback from previous Comprehensive Plan Surveys for development Scenarios proposed in the Opportunity Areas, and to draft the proposed Chapter-based Priorities. 

Opportunity Areas section: This round specifically wants input on, if the Opportunity Areas are developed, what densities, heights, and land use combinations would make most sense. An opportunity to select "neither scenario/no development" is provided for each property. If you select this option, please use question 8 to provide details or context to your responses. 

Town Priorities section: Please select your TOP 3 priorities from the list of priorities. The list order is randomized, but you can see each priority categorized by Chapter by clicking the image.
