Water Conservation Plan 2026 Update

The Town of Superior is required to have a state-approved Water Conservation Plan. This plan details the Town's historical water usage, establishes conservation goals, and outlines a portfolio of demand-management activities such as leak detection, metering, and rebate programs. The Town must review, update, and submit its water conservation and efficiency plan to the Colorado Water Conservation Board for approval every seven years.

The community’s voice and feedback are an important part of the update, and there are several ways for you to get involved!

• View the draft 2026 Water Conservation Plan. Paper copies of the draft plan are also available at Town Hall (124 E. Coal Creek Drive). There is a section in the survey for comments on the Plan itself.
• Please fill out the survey below on water conservation. All survey results will be incorporated into the final 2026 Water Conservation Plan.

This Plan is separate from the recently adopted Town of Superior Drought Mitigation Plan. For more information on how the Town of Superior prepares for drought, monitors water supply conditions, and communicates drought response actions, visit superiorcolorado.gov/Transparency/Drought-Mitigation.
