I like the idea of a minimally developed Town 15 without any lights and less than 50 parking spaces so I do not support either concept.

Please do not eliminate the North kiddie pool. I saw no explanation.

Town 15: Don't develop. Designate as open space

We live in Calmante. It seems that existing parks and community areas in the vicinity of Town 15 (along Coalton Rd.) are currently underutilized. Why expend Town of Superior resources to disturb and develop property when there isn't a need? We recommend not developing Town 15 and saving those (considerable) resources for future projects/expenditures that are more pressing. If at some point in the future it appears additional recreational facilities (playground, tennis, baseball, pickleball, basketball, etc.) are needed or strongly advocated by residents, why not locate those on existing community space along Coalton? As another resident commented: "Not every parcel needs to be developed..." Priscilla and Fleet White

    Why Town 15 now?

I'd love to see our town's money and time spent developing downtown and our current parks instead of adding already-exisiting elements to a new area that could be addressed at a later date.

Please stop over developing Superior. Make Town 15 open space.

Community Park is nearly empty. Wildflower Park is nearly empty. The pools are under not over used. There are new pickle ball courts already. The town's resources are not even close to stretched and this town seems addicted to development. Please slow down, use a precautionary approach, and let need drive development (form follows function) rather than want. If you want to spend $ make the playgrounds at Eldorado K-8 the equal of Superior Elem and reinvest in some of our parks for things the kids actually use.

    Cool decking

I curious if the concrete decking at the North Pool could be cool decking. Concrete can get hot enough to burn in direct summer sun. While that might not be the case now, we should consider the impact of rising temperatures during the lifespan of this remodel. I grew up in Phoenix and can attest to the discomfort of walking on hot concrete. We would have to pour water on the concrete in order to walk on it.
